Today is His Majesty King Willem-Alexandre's 50th birthday and to mark today's event the Netherlands are joining in celebrating with the King's Day or Koningsdag as a national holiday in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Today's celebration were held in Tilburg In attendance were his wife HM Queen Maxima, daughters Their Royal Highness Princess Catharina-Amalia Princess of Oranje(Heir), Princesses Alexia and Ariana, brother and sister in law Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien, and his cousins(aunt Princess Irene's children) Prince Pieter-Christiaan, Prince Maurits, Prince Bernhard, Prince Floris and their wives Princess Anita, Princess Marilene, Princess Annette and Princess Aimée
